Set your conversion baseline before you add anything new.
Without a starting point, every result is an opinion. Thirty days of baseline turns it into evidence.

Every new tool promises lift. Few businesses can prove it afterward, because nobody wrote down where they started.
The four numbers to capture
- Traffic: monthly users from GA4, split by paid and organic if you can.
- Conversion rate: forms, calls and chats divided by visitors.
- Cost per acquisition: total spend divided by new customers.
- Customer value: what a new customer is worth in the first year.
Watch what else changes
Results move for many reasons: a new offer, a seasonal swing, a change in ad budget, a slow month for your sales team. Note those changes as they happen, so a review can separate what the program did from everything else.
Review on a schedule
We capture your baseline in the first 30 days, take a first real read around day 60 and review every month after that. If the result is weak, we say so plainly and talk through your options. See your first 90 days.
